Slight miss after head install...

Slight miss after head install... My brother bought my car and just had a set of heads put on the car. It already has a TSP 224R cam and headers. He just had a set of PP LS6 style heads and a LS6 intake put on yesterday.
When he goes WOT the car develops a random miss. I think maybe it is a bad wire or plug but I want to get you guys opinion to make sure I'm not missing something.
What do you guys think the problem could be?

Hey Brandon, well i would check the plugs and wires first like you said but i wonder if the intake could be sucking a little air. Anyway i was wondering who did the install for you because im about to go through the same thing. i cant wait. Oh we are going to piedmont sun. if you are interested. (if they are open ) good luck with the problem..... oh check and see if all of the coil packs are pluged in tight.
