Default replacing pistons

How difficult is it to replace the pistons? This is with the engine out and the heads, cam and what not already off. Is there a reference on how to do this somewhere?

If I gotta balance the whole thing any way I might as well replace the crank and everything else. I want to put in JE forged pistons. No if I only new how to do all of this?
