Default Can't figure out this problem

I went to the track last weekend and ran the new cam with some mickey thompson et streets. I rolled through the water, then spun out real good. When I finished the burn out I pushed in the clutch and pull the car out of gear. The idle rpm stuck at or around 2200 rpm for over a minute. Something froze up in the system. I rode the clutch up to the starting line and then mashed the gas a couple of times and it came back down to normal idle. Does anyone have any idea what caused this or what happened?

But is it at the throttle body itself, or the cruise system on the passenger wheel well.
