Loctite on heads install?

I'm about to put my heads on and have arp head bolts. My question is should i use loctite? If so red or blue? Also, should i use anything when i'm installing my katech rod bolts on stock rods? TIA

I would say no for the head bolts. If properly torqued, you don't need loctite. It will just be that much harder on the threads next time you remove the heads.

Supposed to put moly lube on the ARP headbolts before install so you get proper torque readings. I dont remember ARP saying any locktite was recommended. ARP actually lists 2 different torque settings depending on if you use moly lube or motor oil to lube the threads.
