Default Texas Speed and Performance blocks????

Has anyone else noticed that they carry ls1 and ls6 blocks for a lot less money than anyone else? Anyone ordered one, know the catch here? Are they unmachined blocks or something, with no holes drilled? There is a $500+ price difference between what GM charges and what they charge.

Got an email back from them. It turns out that GM had a bunch of surplus blocks that they bought cheap, and even though the price is still listed on the site, the blocks are gone now.
