Ok the top of the main stud...where you place the windage tray, i need to know what thread that is. i tried literally 5 different nuts from ace and none of em fit. i lost the 8 to hold on the windage tray and need to know wtf they are so i dont have to go back and forth to ace 600 more times. thanks!

 

I just went out in my garage and checked the studs on a block I have here for you. They are 10 mm X 1.25 pitch.

Ace should have them, if not try Home Depot or Lowes.

Did arp not send them to you. They should have. Mine came with them.

 

Many tap & die sets come with a thread gage that you can actually measure unknown threads with.

yeah, i lost the bag. well...im sure i didnt "LOSE IT" but its somehwere in the garage/house. not about to start a search mission/put a pic of the nut i lost on a milk carton haha.

does anyone know if the nuts were locking nuts where they were kinda pinched at the top or something or were they just regular nuts?

 

Yeah, I was just about to post this same question. Are these regular bolts or can any type be used?

so i dont need like a jam nut or what, cause i KNOW if i take a normal NUT it wont stay. i kinda remember them being flanged so im sure they had the teeth on the other end to bite into the metal..meh any ideas anyone? i might just get a lockwasher and a nut?
