It looks to me the 233/239 cam doesn't seem to be much better than the 231/237 which is tried and true. However the stock heads might be holding it back. Even a pair of stage 1 LS1 heads would really wake that cam up across the board.

I got pretty much the same results on my car: 383 HP and 333 TQ unlocked. I've been really happy with the cam and the tune made it really driveable. I know I need a looser stall and more gear but, for my particular application, it works pretty good. I'm also running the stock 98 heads still
I need a higher stall w/ excellent efficency for the highway, and as stated by Jason and others, better breathing heads. The car pulls great in the midrange and gets really going around 4K. My car also weighs in at 4100 with all my gear and I in it. I'm really happy and can't wait to get it to the track. Ought to be interesting to spray it as well
