Lightbulb how can u differentiate !

after installing a camshaft with a little bit choppy ideal i started to think what if the spark plugs need to be changed or any electrical problem occur MISS FIRING for example .. how can i differentiate between a choppy idealing and a miss fire i know it sounds weird but how !!
before the cam u can easily notice the miss firing .. cause the engine is running smooth .. maybe ill disable one spark plug to see how is it going to be

With a datalog you can see the missfires. As far as audible detection on a cammed (choppy) car it will be much harder. Tach. needle movement.
