Default Aftermarket heads - ever?

Are any of the aftermarket companies ever gonna do a set of LS1 heads (i.e., Brodix, AFR, Canfield, Dart, etc.)? Or is the general consensus that stock LS1/LS6 heads with a good port job and big valves flow more than enough? How about an aftermarket casting of C5R heads for a reasonable price, that would be cool.

Default Re: Aftermarket heads - ever?

I know that AFR is working on a set. I tried to get them to send me a prototype set <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> but, it was not going to happen. It could be a year or more still before they come to market. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

I couldn't get any specs on them either. <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I've heard that preliminary flow numbers were VERY good though. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" title="" src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" />
