I'm wondering if somebody ever had this problem, when I'm finishing torquing the 20 bolts main bolts from the center my crankshaft won't turn , but when I'm torquing the last 10 side bolts it's easy to turn but want to stick a little at one place, I've checked the align bore and the crankshaft ,I tried different torque sequence but still the same problem , I have 0.0022 of oil clearance and 0.0035 of end play , can someone help me with that.
