i am planing to install a tsp 228R, springs, retainers, seats, hardened pushrods, doubleroller timing set, ls6 ported oil pump on my car in 2 weeks how long do u think it will take me and my buddy. he has worked on cars most of his life and i have been working on mine since i got it. also he suggested that i get my heads ported and polished . how much would i benefit from that and how much would the average machne shop charge to do it. help please

 

its gunna be an all day job unless you run into trouble. if you want some spring i have some comp cams 918 brand new for 150.00. i bought afrs heads instead and they come with springs.
