Default Guys help identify this cam

According to a fellow member he claims this is a Comp Cam 224/224 581/581 112. I just can't seem to find in the Comp Cam webpage.

Grab a set of calipers and mesure the lift, that will tell you if its at least in the ballpark, its a bit harder to mesure the duration - you need some extra tools including a degree wheel and dial indicator.

Mesure the base circle and subtract the highest lift point from it, I think the lobe order is EIIEEIIEEIIEEIIE but I'm not 100% sure.

Call Comp and give them the numbers and they can tell you what you need to know. Looking up the numbers themselves will just net you ramp rates not the exact specs @.50.

the guy is correct, straight from the comp catalog.

.006 - 273
.050 - 224
.200 - 146

.342 lobe lift
.581 w/ 1.7
