How do you pull cam gear off of crank snout.
How do you pull cam gear off of crank snout.
I ordered a comp cam timing set and I am having trouble getting the cam gear off of to crank so I can install the new cam gear.

can i use the same 3 jaw pully to get this off, taht i used to get the crank pully off.
It looks like it will work.
I wont harm anything by doing this will I, and about how badly is it stuck on there

I ended up using my harmonic damper puller and hooked the gear with the heads of three carriage bolts. mine came off allot easier than i expected.
