Default misfire help needed

My car has been running great. I washed it yesterday, and when I started it, noticed that it is misfiring. I am getting the flashing 'check engine' light.

I have swaped the maf. Changed the plugs. Visually checked for broken springs. I have autotap'ed it, and cyl 3 has a slightly elevated misfire. However, when I spray water on the headers, it seems #1 isn't as hot as the rest. I have swaped that coil pack out, and moved the injector to #3 also.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I have replaced all the wires as well. I pulled the plugs, and number 1 does not look like it has even fired. The plug is shiny. As I mentioned, I swapped the #1 injector with #3.

Also noteworthy, I washed my car yesterday as I said, and poured about a gallon or 2 of water on the hood like I always do when I'm done with the bucket...I am thinking something got wet and is acting flaky. The question is, what?! Why would #1 only be not working properly? How can I tell if that cyl is gettin fuel?

I have no compression in #1. It has fuel/spark. 2200 miles on the ARE 422. I am going to call Nick, hopefully he will make the situation right.

I did a leak down test, air came out the exhaust. Pulled head off tonight, and as suspected, a bent exhaust valve. The outer spring looks ok, but the inner may have failed. I haven't got the spring off yet. I cant really think of any other reason the valve would kiss the piston, I dont rev past 6600, and have never missed a shift or hit rev limitter (7k) in new setup. The spring is either a 977 or 987, I think a 977. Which ones have the red/orange stripe? Never the less, no biggie.

ARE happily agreed to send me a new exhaust valve, spring, gasket and bolt kit at no charge, since its under warranty.
