lid, headers, exhaust will get you about 350rwhp. those mods with a cam will get you to about 400rwhp. use the search button to find out the brands most people are getting and there experience with it
Cheapest would definitely be nitrous. Otherwise I would say headers, exhaust, lid, underdrive pulley, ported throttle body and some tuning should get you over 350 at the wheels or at least very close. Also don't forget the free mods like throttle body bypass and free ram air.
