Default 427 spark plug choice ?????

After months of waiting for my 427 Stroker to be built, I am at a loss as to what I should be using as far as plugs is concerned. (at least a starting point) The engine builder builds race motors more than street motors. I will be taking the NO2 out.. (yeah, I'm gonna chicken out)

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I have ngk tr6 plugs also for an 11-1 compression ratio. They have worked great for 4k miles.
