Default math gurus, ptv question

Rather than dealing with flycutting or anything of that nature, I am going to go with a smaller cam.
Question:
Which would have more ptv clearance? FMS F2 (224/224 .588/.588 112) or an F4 (226/226 .575/.575 112)?
Assume you are running 2.055/1.60 valves with a 5.7 head

Without knowing the advance built into either cam, there's only one way to know for sure anyway. Mock it up and measure it.

Whatever advance FMS puts in their cams. 4* I'd guess. I am trying not to spend $400 on a cam that "might not" work, but if I can go bigger than a 224, I will.

Also, will I have more clearance with 0*, 2* or 4*?

you can order the cam on any lsa/icl combo you want. assuming you get a 108icl. the F2 should have more clearance. have the heads been milled any?

most clearance w/ 0*

yes, crap, I forgot to mention -.030. Would the F4 be cutting it close at all or does the F2 simply have more clearance?
