If I understand it right, everything is the same, but the alternator has different brackets/mounting.

 

Yes everything will bolt right up with no problems. I have a 6.0 30over in my car. All you have to do is drill and tap on bolt for the alternator. Drilling into the block is no walk in the park. Take your time and do it right.
