Question Help me with parts please!?

This is what is for sale and I am considering it. Can anyone backup vavletrain parts. (springs, retainers, etc.) Are they good? They will be going into my 04' GTO. I am asking because I don't want to miss the sale but I don't have enought time to do research! Chime in, it is greatly appreciated! Here it is!

"What I have for sale is everything needed for a cam swap. The difference in this setup vs. some of the other ones, IMO, is the quality of the products and the fact that the cam is ground specifically for the 6-speed GTO, not an f-body.. I contacted Ed Curtis (EDC) and asked for his advice on a custom cam setup. I specifically wanted a cam that had lots of power across the band for street use, minimal low RPM surging for a car that was to be driven 99% of the time on the street with the occasional trip to the track on the weekend.

Here are the specs on the cam (I won't disclose the entire specs, but these should be sufficient in making up your mind).

Lift: .583" / .569"
LSA: 113
Duration: 220 / 224

He also recommended the following items to go with the cam:

* Hardened pushrods with 210* radius ends. I have not found these from anywhere else.

* Valve Spring upgrade kit. This is not just some cheap, higher rate springs. The kit comes with the following items:
o Dual Super-Clean Alloy Valve Springs
o .650” Lift Capable
o Titanium Super 7 Retainers
o Super 7 Machined Valve Locks
o Hardened Spring Locators
o Viton Valve Seals
o Picture

* Rollmaster heat treated timing chain set. This is probably the best one around and it is the heat-treated model to boot.

Who is "he". That's a mild cam with "secret" specs. That's funny.

Ed's cam's are custom ground to what the customer wants. This is how Ed described the cam. "That camshaft was designed for a more someone wanting a powerful daily driver. No dyno queen or race only application. It will add power to a stock GTO from just off idle right to the red line with a flat torque curve rather than a "peak" HP number. Cams similar to this have run over 115 in the quarter mile all while running very smooth around town." I'm just curious about the parts that go with the cam. Are they top knotch parts or what? I have little time to research it so this is what I'm doing. Asking/Bump!
