Where do I find one?? I have tried all the local shops (So. Ca) and most people dont even know what they are. lol.

I bought mine from Snap-On tools. If you don't know of a local Dist, go to their website to find one based on your zip code. You will have to call them to find a dist.

you could just order it directly from the snap-on web site. Do the wright thing and spend the extra $20 and get it from snap on. Their is a reason why snap-on is considered the best tools around period!!

Do a search on ebay for "torque angle" there will be a dozen or more from $8.95 up...

do not get a $9 torque angle metter, get a good tool to work on your car man. You can get a manual one from snap-on or any of the other major brands for around $50 is not like thats alot of money and trust me your car will thank you.

A few years ago, I ended up with 3 SnapOn units due to being in a hurry and seriously screwing up an order with SnapOn.com - if you're interested in 1, I'd sell it for $25/shipped. I only used one of them when putting the heads on. PM me if interested. Still in the SnapOn boxes.
