Default Hard starting problem?!?! help please

I guess this would be the best place to ask this but anyway, when i turn my car over (98 TA) it takes it about 4-7 seconds to crank, and everytime it sits over about a minunite it takes about 3-5 sec to crank, the starter is engaging fine and turning the motor over but it just takes a while to start up, i put a walbro fuel pump in about 8 months ago along with a new fuel filter, this is the first time its acted like this and it really has me stumped.

hard starts are usually due to a coolant sensor. swap it out with a friends and see if that helps.

Extended cranking can also be caused by a faulty or leaking fuel pressure regulator.
