Went to the track
I launched to car @ 4500 rpm's and hit the rev limiter really hard in first gear. My car is making a noise. What are the symptoms of a spun bearing?I don't know if it's the motor or the clutch. When i'am driving it's making a grinding or rubbing noise.I checked the tranny mount and the drive shaft.I drove home from the track and on the highway when I was doing 50 mph and took it out of gear, I can also hear the noise when I'am coasting.

i was gonna say check your ring gears til u said it did it out of gear as well. and i dont think its your clutch if the noise remained after u disengaged. i dunno man, sounds like maybe a bottom end issue check it out quick

if you spun a bearing you would hear knocking like a ticking noise...if it's a spun bearing it will stop running shortly...so you will know haha...my guess would be you broke the rear end in some way...ie..borken posi, ring and pinion, etc...however, since you have a 12-bolt i really don't see that happening...what kind of tires were you launching on...also you might wanna check your pushrods...you might have bent them...i'm sure that could cause the noise you are hearing...
on a side note how much was your t-56 rebuild and what all did you have done...
