Default heads

i have a 2002 camaro z28 and i would like to get a set of cyllinder heads to go along with the cam that i'll be purchasing which will prolbably be the tr224 with an lsa of 114 i have a goal of 400 horsepower to the wheels so what kind of heads should i be looking at i'm a little new to engine modification so any help is welcome and any suggestions would be great thanks.

We have Precision Race Components 5.3l Stage 2.5 & Stage 1.5 heads in stock currently. You might check out some of the dyno results & track results in the other sections of the site. The heads feature new GM cores, new valves, gold spring kit with retainers all fully assembled!
You can get the stg 2.5 heads with camshaft & pushrods for $1999, or heads only for $1529
We also offer the stage 1.5 heads/cam package with camshaft & pushrods for $1899

is there any way that you might be able to describe how the heads increase my horsepower? and what are the differences between stage 1.5 and stage 2.5

My TR224 cam on a 114 did 403 to the wheels. These guys cams are awesome New setup in the works.

I received my PRC 5.3L stage 2.5 heads friday from Jason at TSP and they look real good. I'm using the G5X3 114 cam and hope this setup is better than the setup in my sig.
