Getting heads specd

Anyone have any idea how much (ball park figure) it would cost to get a set of heads spec'd (determine flow rates, etc). I'm going to pull the head off myself, just need to get numbers....

I have seen anywere from 75 bucks to 125 for cc'n and flowing one head.
