what is a good cam on a A4 car with bolt ons ? Or with H/C package.

Depends on your goals and finances! Everyones idea of good is different. Give us some info on your goals, what you want to spend, etc. We can then give you some suggestions on where to start then you can do some searches on the site and come to a final decision.

It is a daily driver but goes to the track twice a week. I will have 5.3 heads, lt's, 373's,and most basic bolt ons. 3400 yank stall also.

are you willing to flycut your pistons at all? If yes then do some searches on a FM13, G5X2, G5X3, Trex, TSPms. These are all good cams. Or look at the 224/224 and the 224/228 or the 231/237. Searching on these will get you enough info and help you figure out where you want to go with this.

Also look at a 114 lsa cam istead of a 112 lsa since you have an auto. Not saying a 112 won't work in an auto since I had one but 114 is easier to tune for.
