HIGHLY doubt it...I'm sure others will chime in.
(especially on a 112 versus a 114...not that it would probably make enough of a difference even on the wider LSA)

This is why:

'Patriot Performance is announcing a recall on all LS6 style heads that were shipped between 1-20-2005 and 3-15-2005. This recall is due to issues that may be found in spark plug hole depth (.160" too deep), and timeserts used in the rocker bolt threads. Any person who has heads that fall into this category, please contact us via phone, email, or PM to discuss the return and replacement of these heads. We ask that customers affected by this recall contact us within the next 30 days. Thank you and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.'

Why don't you just save up and buy the good ****?

Ben I am going to take the heads to LME and have them fix the seals and change the values

Call PP or the cam manufacturer. You're likely getting close to contact.
I'm setting up 5.3 heads (2.02"/1.575") with an F14 cam (232/234, .598"/.598"-112LSA) I was going to go with 2.05" intakes, but was told "NO." I've read of some here getting away with big cams and 2.05" valves.

I'm not sure what the valve drop is on the LQ9s...the 5.3s have a valve drop of .030" so regardless of what people tell me, I'm going to clay the pistons before I fire it off. An easier way is to snug the heads down with no gasket (just use the old head bolts) and rotate the engine by hand nice and slow. If it all clears you know you've got at least the clearence of your gaskets. A little clay on the pistons will gove you a much better metric and peace of mind.

I'm no expert, that's just what I'm doing...maybe you'll get some info from some of the sponsers here

Which has nothing to do with the problems that the PP heads seem to have.
