Default New guy with a Q

Who stores their car for the winter months? Just wondering if and what you all do to prep your cars in the fall and what you do when you take it out in the srping. I bought my car new in 2000 and in previous years I just fill up the gas tank to keep the moisture to a minimum, then in the spring I start it, let it run for a while and just run the tank of gas thru it. I always do an oil change within a few thousand miles of taking it out but this year I drove it right to the dealership for the oil change. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I store my car for most of the year since im always gone and ive found some fuel addatives to do the trick. Local auto parts store. Also I disconect the battery and plug my evap lines. U could just leave it but like u said run it for a while.
