Default How to remove locktight from bolts?

I would have thought the search would have helped me on this...
I used blue locktight on my HS roller rocker bolts. They came off ok, but most of them have the pedestal glued to the bolt. Is there a good solvent I can use to remove this with?

I usually use a sharp knife tip & run it through the threads. I don't of any other method.

I've used a wire brush before, but it's a PITA! Can't be much worse than going thru it with a knife blade tho.

Wire wheel on a grinder or drill. Works quick and clean.
