Engine dissasembly question

Hi,
Im wondering how the hell do you get the main caps out of the block? I have the bolts out and the damn things wont budge, im sure theres something simple that Im missing, so what is it?

Don't forget the two bolts on the side of the block!

already got those,
i went out and looked again and I forgot 1 of the side bolts on the one I was working on, I knew it was sometihng dumb

Use a rubber mallet and gently tap them out after the bolts are out.
