Any new numbers on this cam that Thunder just came out with? Would this be a good cam for stock heads?

Also, 918 springs should work out fine for this car right, i am not planning on draging this car too much.

I'm thinking about this cam also. I would be using a 200 shot of nitruos with it. It looks like this cam should work well with NOS.

No flycutting with stock heads will be necessary. As far as the 918 springs with this cam, I would ask the guys at thunder to be sure. Mine came with .602 exhaust lift and I plan on running PRC duals.

My car is at TR right now and I asked paul about this cam and he said those numbers are pushing it a little and if it was up to him he would go with dual springs for this one. Some real straight up dudes at TR. Give them a call.

Ya, i have heard many things about springs and that 918 use to be rated at .650. Just trying to save pennys, but that is not a good place to do that.

Ive always been a fan of beehive springs.. you should know that casey...

600 lift is a safe region... beehives dont have a single resonant frequency, they might be able to be pushed a TAD beyond max recomended lift.

I know beehives are your top pick. Hopefully that 383 will be running soon after all those hours we put in. Does anyone have any numbers on this cam, sound clips?
