Default Edelbrock Cam???

I ran across this cam in my travels. Just curious if it is a good cam choice.

Looks like a valvespring friendly cam. Would like to know if it would be an easy cam to tune and idle at 850 to 900 rpm. Or if it is another ASA cam. Thanks in advance.

Kind of unusual specs... but yeah, the low lift should make it easy on the springs.

Default Lunati Cam

This Lunati cam is similar. Would it be a better choice.

I am looking for a valvespring friendly cam that will still make good power.
