Depends who's doing it. I've seen it done in 5 hours, most guys here do it in about 12 - 15 hours (including springs).

there are guys on the board that can do them in 3hrs as a pair of guys. I know of a guy local to me who can do it in about 3 1/2 hours on his own. just plan out all the steps prior to digging in and read JMX's guide 8 or 10 times and you'll be good to go. figure in ~8-12 hrs first time go if you're going to be replacing your oil pump.
