Default what pushrods for fm13 and what timing chain?

i am getting a fm13 cam on a 111 LSA. and a set of PRC dual springs. which pushrods from Futral Motorsports should i get. the 7.400" stock length or the 7.350" ? also wanted to get a new timing chain in at the same time. is the rollmaster single roller non adjustable a good choice or should i get the double roller adjustable one?

hardened 7.4's if ur heads have not been milled. A single chain would be fine.

Replacement chain from GM for all LSx motors is now the LS2 chain and it is plenty.

If your heads are unmilled 7.40 it is. (best call Allen at Futral to verify)
