Not Good my 98 z28 has a problem after about 10 minutes of driving the rpm's start skipinpg and it does not speed up it takes time (6 speed trany rpo codes mm6 mn6)

is your clutch getting too hot and slipping? (sorry I shouldnt even post cause I dont have M6 experience but that came to mind)
