Cam recomendations Ok ive been looking at every cam made or so it seems and im still coming up lost..so heres some info I drive about 30miles a day at the most am hoping to make about 375 or more at the wheels all mods are in my sig and im getting a ls6 manifold ported tb and underdrive pulley to go with it all any suggestions..also on average how much would a shop charge to install a cam,lifters,manifold basically everything to go with it and tune the cars got 53k on it

LS6 intake and an UD pulley. Any decent cam with tune cam make 375 rwhp with supporting bolt-ons. If that is your only goal just grab the all around bread and butter TR224 on a 114.
Edit: Don't forget that dyno numbers alone, esp peak horsepower, aren't very important at all.
Edit again: Sorry i just read your entire post. lol Anything between $300 and $600 for the install. It's not that hard to do yourself with a little help.

If you want anybody with half a clue to give you more than the time of day when asking for a cam reccomendation you need to give a lot of information on what you have, what you want, and what you can tolerate.
F13 is a pretty good cam.

Im looking for a lot of midrange power, i dont mind a rough idle heavy lope, but i dont to land in the single digit mpg range i expect it to drop but id prefer not to completely obliterate it i have basically all the bolt ons except for the ls6 manifold ported t/b and underdrive pulley which i mentioned before. I'm planning on getting and adj. timing chain, oil pump and everything else needed for the install. I would prefer more than the 370rwhp i mentioned in the above but thats the minimum im shooting for i prefer a 112lsa and would like to stay under .600 of lift unless it can be done without modifing the stock heads

You can run wildly high lifts on stock heads. There are plent of springs that can handle well over .600 lift without milling heads. You mileage shouldn't be that bad. I get well above single digits with a large cam and 3500 stall, even with all city driving. You don't need and adjustable timing chain but an LS2 chain and a newer "LS6" style oil pump, ported or not, would be a good idea. Futral cams normally make good midrange.

futral makes some wicked cams with some great mid range power. replacing lifters? i didnt think that was necessary with cam install, the stockers shoudl be ok, unless u are having issues with the ones u have now

The cars got 53k on it so i just figured id replace them while i was there, was also planning on the ported ls6 oil pump and a adj. timing chain or so also i was lookin at the f13 on the 112 or possibly the f14 on a 112

well those fast ramp rates will make spring changing sooner than later. TR told me to check them every 15-20,000 miles for the TR224. Now the cam I'm looking at from Crane which can be purchased for 300 bucks at SDPC is easier on the springs, Crane told me to check them by at least 50,000 miles, SDPC told me the LS6 springs with that cam should last as long as the LS6 cam. So if changing springs is a concern call up the vendors and see what they say. by the way the crane cam specs are 220/224 550/550 lift 114 LSA

you know after you say that im sure my lifters are just fine lol ive got about 3k set aside to pull this off with thats including the money for labor and a tune, but i dont want to spend more if i dont have to
