Default Lingenfelter GT2-3 Cam kit, What springs?

Can anybody confirm that the Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam and spring kit comes with Comp cams 915 springs? The box says 26915-16 on it, but not sure if they are repackaged or what.

When I bought my GT2-3 cam from them, they did not offer it as a kit. At that time, they recommended the 26-918's, which is what I went with. I don't know if that has changed since that time.

I had heard LS6 springs were only good to .550 lift, the GT2-3 has .571 intake, .578 exhaust. The springs are a solid light brown color. I am only asking because I have a set of Comp Titanium Retainers 772-16 and I want to make sure they fit. Does anybody know if the Comp retainers fit both 918/915 and LS6 springs?

Yes they fit both.
The 915's are kinda like a LS6 02++ spring replacement. I would prefer 918's myself, but with that cam they will work well. Just make sure that they are installed correctly (correct height).
It is not that hard, stock rockers to be tightened to 22ftlbs (that is critical).
Get the best trq wrench you can afford.
Also if you change retainers so you should change locks (really cheap at GM)

This the comparison between the two in the middle of page. Just less load capabilities.
