rev limit
depends on where you peak hp comes on... put it on a dyno if you haven't already, find peak hp, set your shift point about 300 rpms after that, then set your limiter about 200 rpms after the shift point.
I had the TSP225 in my pewter car, it peaked at 6250, and was down 3-4 hp at 6500 vs. 6250. I had it shifting at 6500 and the rev limit set at 6800. I'd say that 228 will peak slightly higher than the 225 did, so about 6600 shift point and 6800-6900 rev limiter. That should get you close, but as Tranzor_Z28 said, put it on the dyno to be as accurate as possible.
