Default turbo cam selection

consider i get a 6L iron block at 9:1 with 408 cubes (all forged n ****). using my stock ls1 heads, with anywhere from 10-15 psi out of a GT67 turbo, what would be a good camshaft and springs to get? lookin for a nice driver, 650ish hp, reliability, drivability, but a mean lookin curve.

The 67 turbo would be too restrictive to the 408 exhaust system but a small Cam like a 224 on 115 would easilly give you 650hp at 8-10lbs of boost.
