Default 1.8 rockers

Would anyone be able to tell me how much lift will be added with these rockers? Or basically would it be safe to use with a cam with around .570 lift, intake and exhaust? Thanks in advance

take the gross lift and divide it by 1.7, take that number and multiply it by your new ratio. in your case its .604 lift and an added degree or two of duration at the valve. higher ratio rockers arent recommended for cams with aggressive ramp rates.

Who makes the cam? What is it? That makes a difference (ramp rates)
