Default need advice

Hey guys this is the problem, I raced a car last night I took off on him hard of the line, left around 3 cars at the end of the 1/4 though I only had him by like 1 1/2, why? I felt like my car lost top end speed it feels like I need more things for the top end. What are the things that will help my top end speed? Any help would be appreciated!!!
I have a 2000 A4 trans am, with these mods (free ram air mod, mti lid, k&n filter, smooth below, ported mass air,tb bypass, Pacesetter lt's, 3in. pacesetter y-pipe, 4in. mufflex exhaust system, transgo shift kit, ssf 3500 torque converter and nittos.) What else do I need, help me out here, please!!!

Honestly, go to the for sale section and find a used cam with springs and buy a programmer to raise the rev limit some.
ASP pulley, and ditch the ported maf....

the only thing messing with the maf will get you is problems (for the most part).

You can't beat the factory maf. It's good up to 550hp so why bother. Messing with it MIGHT really make it hard to get the A/F ratio right.

edalva21. The reason you only had 1 1/2 cars on him is because he was an M6. 6speeds dont leave the line like a stalled A4 will unless they have the *** end of the car beafed up to hell and back. A4 good for off the line M6 good for top end end and speed. Just the name of the game.
