I was Just wondering if I could use Gapless rings with a FI car and why? Seems like it would negate the question of what to gap your rings at. What do you guys think? I dident use them first time around BUT I was recomended to use them from the piston Manufacturer and I was/am considering it? Thanks, Lata, Ark

There's those that like them and then there's those who don't...

My opinion, for what little it may be worth....

Use a conventional ring package but use only the best you can find. Speed Pro has a "Hellfire" ring that makes a great FI top ring. Use it in some serious race applications with no problems at all. Their SS oil rings are a standard for every one to copy...

Their stuff works for me.
