Default Radiator hose sucked close....

And when putting water in the radiator it is spitting it out like it has a blow head gasket.

Anyone have any ideas whether or not its a blown head gasket for sure? Ive never seen a radiator hose collapse because of one that is why this is so puzzling. Id rather not tear the heads off the motor and that not be the issue. Its a friends car im trying to figure out.

Any help is appreciated.

thats why some manufacturers put coil springs in the suction hose, so they don't collapse.

Might be sucking air in where a hose clamps on? If the head gasket was blown you would have white smoke out the tailpipes and water in the oil, you may want to drain the oil and see if any water is in it. Check the hoses that are the return for the radiator, since that side would have a sucking affect.

No water in the oil, not a bit of steam out the exhaust. Im gonna get a pressure tester and see what that show for me. Then ill go from there. i think there could be an air pocket somewhere causing the suction.

Anybody else have any good input?

Thanks...that sounds alittle more promising as to what I thought as well...He cant get any water into it right because its bubbling it out with a large air pocket.

Ill see what I can get it to do right now. Thanks
