Best driveable cam in a automatic in the 230+ duration?

Default Best driveable cam in a automatic in the 230+ duration?

The cam in now is a 224/228 581/589 on a 113.
I like the way it drives however the rods came flying out of the motor and the cam is now scrap material.

I have a new shortblock now, and figured this is the perfect time to go bigger. I know the F13 and F14 both drive nicely and make good power, is there anything else?
The T rex is out of my leauge, and I have heads on M6 with the G5X3 and that seemed to "undriveable" as well.
So what suggestions do you guys have?
Car is a complete LS6 motor with ported and polished heads, stock compression.
Fast 90/90 setup. LT's and every bolt on possible.
Rod bolts are on the way so I dont have the Rods come through the block again.
Current power with the old shortblock was 428HP@ 6600 RPM's. Looking for a bit more even though I know it wont be much.

That is defentially one of the cam's on my short list.

M6 with a G5X3 was "undrivable to you"? You do not want a cam much bigger bigger than 224/228.

F13 or F14 should do you pretty well.

Well the tune wasn't 100% finished yet, but is was close.
It was surging pretty good at idel.
Maybe after the tune was finished it would have been better.
It was also a G5X3 knock off and was a 234/242 on a 111 LSA so that probally changed things a bit.

It shouldn't surge at idle if it's tuned fully. My MS3 which is most likely larger than the G5X3 doesn't surge at idle unless it's in gear, very cold, and I just started it.
