I bought a new LS6 pump from the Chev dealer this week.
They said it is the same pump for LS2
GM P/N 12586665 on the box
Stamped on front cover of the pump 0474358043
STT CANADA
That may be the manufacturing part number, or just the number of the cover.

I got one earlier with an 04 date stamp, but this one has 99 on it and I'm thinking it isn't the right item.
