New cam? how big?
I have planned on putting in the MTI X1 230 cam. I dont know if its a little too big and i was wondering where my drivability would go with this cam. The C2 224 cam seems a little too small, and the G1 228 cam is right in the middle.
I figured the X1 cam wouldnt be too bad with the stock clutch, i guess i could slip it a little and work it around town and it should be fine on the freeway. I dont intend to take it hard from a start becuase of my stock rear and stock clutch.
Any advice or experience on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Such as drivability, approx. dyno #'s, if it pulls harder up top or all the way through the powerband, etc. and any potential problems with my current setup.
Thanks for your time.
