trouble code troubles

for about a month now, my z has been throwing code P1416 (Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System Bank 2 ).
what side is bank 2?
should i be worried?
and can i fix it?

I got the secondary air code about 50-75 mile after I removed my air pump. Do you still have yours? HP tuner, ECT.. can get rid of that SES problem.

Looks like Bank 1 is LH (driver side) and Bank 2 is RH (passenger side)
