My car's valvetrain is loud, too, but it's to be expected. Did you replace your pushrods during the swap, too?

Typical oil pressure in my car is around 60psi cold and no lower than around 40 when warm @ idle.

bad news, nothing was wrong with the valve springs and rocker arms, its coming from the bottom of the engine and not the top. Looks like it could be a spun bearing

Sure sounds like it, bad oil pressure will do that everytime Sorry to hear about this!!! Looks like the pan is coming off next
