Oil pressure low at idle

Default Oil pressure low at idle
What's up guys? I have a 01 a4 and when i start it up the oil pressure is low. When i get up to crusing speeds the pressure is perfect. Also, i notice a whine when i first start it up. It stops after a few minutes. Is the problem my oil pump? The motor has 76,000 miles on it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Default oil pressure
How low is low, mine stays around 39psi after warming up not sure about whine when you first start check water pump.

All is normal, average is 7>10 psi / 1000rpm (that depends also on weight of oil used, and if ported or not)
