Is there an oil pump porting howto?

Is there an oil pump porting howto? I was going to port my oil pump, but it dosnt really look like theres much to do on the new ls6 pump i got. Might be able to smooth the transitions just a bit and maybe blend the oil exit hole into more of a squared off shape. I plan on shimming it out about .100 with aluminum washers. What else should I do to this before i slap it on my block this weekend?
