Replacing pushrods with hardened is a good idea.

Vavlesprings also. Comp 918's are a very good valvespring, should get the kit that includes titanium retainers.

www.ls1howto.com has a nice F-body cam swap writeup. Try searching this site as well, tons of info available. Probably everything you'll need to know.

Edit: Your sig sure looks newbish.

I'd ditch that SLP MAF. I'd also consider a muffler in place of the resonator or adding high flow cats, but that's personal pref.

Edited again: You should be fine with the oil pump since your car is newer. The timing chain should also be fine, but a new LS2 timing chain is very cheap. Personally if my car was that new and I was running a small cam like the 221 I wouldn't touch the chain/pump. It's just a PITA.
The reason most people swap oil pumps it they have a 00 or older with an old design that sometimes fails. Also higher mileage cars the chain might be getting loose, and it couldn't hurt to have a stronger chain when revving high with larger cams.

Yes definately replace springs, pushrods.
You could go with comp 918s or similar and any brand of hardened pushrods 7.400 inch lenght.
If your car has more than 36,000 miles I'd replace the oil pump and timing chain.
Get an LS6 ported oil pump and an LS2 timing chain.
Titanium retainers are not a bad idea either.

You would want to change the pump for a ported LS6 pump because you want to make sure your pump dont fail and if it does you might be looking for a new motor. Just say it's good to have and I don't think you a new chain. But you can get the pump at FUTRAL 125-135.
